F.A.C.T. Ministries Shop provides faith-based books and resources designed to support Christ-centered living, spiritual growth, Bible study, and family discipleship. Our physical books are printed and fulfilled on demand.
Order Processing and Production
Because our books are printed on demand, each order requires production before it can be shipped. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Estimated production and delivery times shown during the ordering process are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of production volume, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping costs may vary based on the destination, products ordered, quantity, and shipping method selected.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to destinations made available through our checkout. The availability of a particular shipping method may depend on the customer's delivery address.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping or order-status information using the contact information provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to become active after a shipment notification is issued.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your address carefully before completing checkout.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact F.A.C.T. Ministries Shop as soon as possible. We will attempt to assist when possible, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery date or transit time presented at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production time should be considered in addition to carrier transit time.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If an order appears to be significantly delayed, is reported as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact F.A.C.T. Ministries Shop with your order number and relevant details. Photographs may be requested for damaged items.
We will review the circumstances and work with our fulfillment and shipping providers, when appropriate, to determine the available resolution.
Multiple Shipments
In some circumstances, products within the same order may be produced or shipped separately. If this occurs, customers may receive more than one shipment or tracking notification.
International Shipping
International shipping is available only when offered at checkout. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
