OVERVIEW
F.A.C.T. Ministries Shop provides books and other faith-based resources designed to support Christ-centered living, spiritual growth, Bible study, and family discipleship.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of F.A.C.T. Ministries Shop and purchases made through the Shop. By accessing the Shop, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. F.A.C.T. MINISTRIES SHOP
F.A.C.T. Ministries Shop is the commerce experience of F.A.C.T. Ministries. References in these Terms to “F.A.C.T. Ministries,” “F.A.C.T. Ministries Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of the Shop, as applicable.
Our products and services are intended to support the ministry mission of helping individuals and families grow in Christ, strengthen their faith, and live with purpose.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE
You may use the Shop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Shop, its content, or its services in a manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, interferes with operation of the Shop, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or information.
3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, formats, pricing, and other information accurately. However, minor variations may occur, particularly with printed products.
Products may be modified, discontinued, or made unavailable without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or misuse of the Shop.
4. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Certain physical products, including books, may be printed specifically in response to an order. Production begins as part of the fulfillment process and may limit our ability to cancel, modify, return, or refund an order.
Please review product format, quantity, shipping address, and other order details carefully before completing checkout.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency and may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price presented when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges will be presented or handled as applicable during checkout.
Payment processing is provided through third-party commerce and payment-service providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary because of payment issues, suspected fraud, product or fulfillment problems, pricing or technical errors, or other legitimate circumstances.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued when required.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Physical products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers on our behalf.
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect customer-provided information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because certain products are printed on demand, ordinary change-of-mind returns may not be available.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the content made available through F.A.C.T. Ministries Shop—including text, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, photographs, publications, downloadable materials, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to F.A.C.T. Ministries and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual-property rights associated with that product.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected content except as permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Shop relies on third-party technology, payment, production, fulfillment, shipping, and other service providers. Those providers may process information or perform services necessary to complete transactions and fulfill orders.
Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
11. MINISTRY AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
F.A.C.T. Ministries provides Christian ministry, educational, devotional, and spiritual-growth resources. Such content is provided for informational, educational, and faith-development purposes and is not intended as professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
12. PRIVACY
Your use of the Shop is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to process purchases, payments, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, fraud prevention, and related commerce functions may be processed by authorized service providers.
13. DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Shop and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every product or service will remain continuously available.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, F.A.C.T. Ministries will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Shop or products purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Shop, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, products, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. The version posted through the Shop will govern transactions occurring after the updated Terms become effective.
